What payment options do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments and PayPal. If you would like to pay with any other form of payment, such as personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment, please email us at Orders@shopvelvetkrush.com and we can make those arrangements. 

Can I use promo codes with the purchase of already discounted items or sale items?

Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with already discounted items or sale items.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

Please contact us immediately!! Once your order is initially processed in the warehouse (usually within 6-8 hours) we will be unable to alter, reroute or cancel your order.

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If, for some reason, you didn’t get an email, please check your spam folder and add orders@shopvelvetkrush.com to your safe sender list. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
